Nassim has been an athlete for many years; in sports such as track and field, cross country, and volleyball, which is how she found a passion in fitness. She is passionate in sharing her knowledge and helping others achieve their full potential through keeping the body active and good nutrition. She studied Exercise Science in New York, and is certified by the National Council on Strength and Fitness in Personal Training. She is currently continuing her education in Remedial Massage and Myotherapy.

Ryan completed his Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2018, in which he undertook placement in a wide range of gyms and clinics, learning how to prescribe exercise for all ages and abilities. He is concurrently completing his Master of Physiotherapy Practice. His passion for training began as a 17-year-old, using fitness as a way of managing stress and improving himself. Since then he exercised as a routine habit, with goals to complete basic training in the army, fun runs (up to 15 km), Spartan Races (14 km), trekking in Nepal (240km), cycling (100km), in bodybuilding competitions (ICN/ANB first timer and novice 2019) and most importantly as a way of keeping his body and mind fit and healthy. Ryan has implemented training and nutrition strategies in his own life for many years and thrives off educating and motivating others to find a good life balance. Ryan understands the importance of pushing yourself, maintaining good technique, and above all: enjoying exercise as much as possible!

Zoe found her love for all things health and fitness in 2010, when she was first introduced to Charles Poliquin and his methods within the Strength and Conditioning world, and made her start in the health industry as a Personal Trainer in 2015. Zoe is passionate about strengthening the body and mind, whilst optimising total body health, with qualifications as a Level 1 Powerlifting Coach, Master Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner and furthering her studies with a Bachelor of Health Science and Naturopathy. Zoe’s mission is to empower others to find their inner strength, so they can achieve their dreams, both in and out of the gym, easily and effortlessly.
